Condominios Paraiso Tropical is located one block from the beach in La Peñita, four blocks from the town center, and one block from the popular Thursday street market. This 3-story 9-unit complex, formerly known as Hotel California, was converted into condos and fully remodeled in 2009.
The three comfortable studio condos have one bedroom, a full bath and are furnished with two double beds and kitchenwares. The solar-heated pool and large common area provides a place for residents and renters to congregate, have fun and relax.
Enjoy the quiet local beach and fishing community of La Peñita, or walk to the vibrant resort town of Rincon de Guayabitos.

Clean, safe nice owner and love the new condo owners and guests here
Currently. Staying at Paraiso formerly Hotel California. Martha and Pedro take care of the condos and rooms and they are avery nice helpful couple as is George the owner. The pool and all facilities are clean. As some units have been sold we find the suurrounding company makes it feel homey and fun. We are happy to be here. The residents we meet in town and on our walks are so friendly.. Just down the street is the Chaiste cafe. They have a nice extremely clean cafe with Stash teas,,capachinos and good food and are a very nice family.. The all girls rodeo was awesome!!La Penita has proven to be a good choice..Thank you for all the friendly greetings as we pass you in the streets..Dee
