• $1,150-1,250 CDN $ 14,950.00 - $16,250 PESOS per month

First Floor:

• Apt. #1: 1BR/1BA with private patio and street access – $600 CDN OR $7800 PESOS/week
• Apt. #2: 2BR/2BA – $600 CDN OR $7800 PESOS/week
• Apt. #3: Small 1BR/1BA poolside – $500 CDN OR $6500 PESOS/week
• Apt. #4: 2BR/2BA poolside with private patio and wheelchair access – $700 CDN OR $9,100 PESOS/week

2nd Floor:

• Apt. #5: 1BR/1BA street view with private balcony – $600 CDN OR $7800 PESOS/week
• Apt. #6: 2BR/2BA pool view with large shared balcony – $850 CDN OR $11,050 PEOS/week
• Apt. #7: Large 1BR/1BA pool view with private balcony – $700 CDN OR $9,100 PESOS/week

3rd Floor:

• Apt. #8: 2BR/2BA pool view – $850 CDN OR $ 11,050 PESOS /week
• Apt. #9: Large 1BR/1BA pool and ocean view with private balcony – $700 CDN OR $9,100 PESOS/week

Special rates are available for year-round rentals. Each apartment is individually metered; you only pay for the electricity you use (monthly rentals or longer).

For weekly rentals, payment is due in full upon booking. For monthly and long-term rentals, 1 month rent is due upon booking; the balance is due UPON ARRIVAL . Payments are accepted in Mexican Pesos only (no Canadian or American dollars). Notice of cancellation must be received within 120 days of arrival date to receive a refund of your deposit.
